Future plans for AMI Foundation projects include research on technologies to prevent or eliminate pathogens in meat and poultry, continuing industry-wide HACCP education and training programs and providing timely educational conferences on emerging issues. These important food safety advances have always been paramount to the industry; they are now of great interest to the public health community, consumers, food retailers and food service operators.

The AMI Foundation is dedicated to serving the industry to its fullest extent and urges you to participate in and guide the Foundation in reaching its ultimate goal: a safer food supply.
